Job Description/Responsibilities
Join a growing Logistics team in a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping the future of transportation strategy across a global supply chain network. In this role, you will lead transportation transformation initiatives across domestic and international operations, helping drive cost efficiency, service improvements, and long-term scalability. You'll partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, and senior leadership teams to implement innovative transportation capabilities, optimize network strategies, and evaluate emerging technologies. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide logistics strategy across multiple transportation modes, including over-the-road, rail, ocean, and bulk transportation.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute transportation optimization initiatives that improve service levels, optimize costs, and support long-term supply chain objectives.
  • Lead logistics transformation projects, including network optimization, digitalization, automation, transportation capability development, private fleet expansion and routing guides enhancement.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to evaluate transportation solutions, technologies, and carrier strategies across domestic and international operations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable transportation systems, tools, and operational best practices.
  • Build business cases and project plans to support future transportation capabilities, organizational growth, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain strategy roles, including 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), beverage, manufacturing, or automotive industries.
  • Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS), track and trace platforms, and logistics technologies.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Preferred:
  • MBA or advanced degree related to Supply Chain or Business.
  • Experience leading large-scale logistics transformation, automation, or digitalization initiatives.

The annual salary range for this role is $142.563 - $213,845. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
