We are seeking multiple Instructional Systems Designers, Junior (ISD), to work as an integral part of a collaborative training development team for a DoD customer. This position may allow for remote work; however, employees must be able and willing to travel and provide in-office or on-site support as required by customer requirements, project demands, or business needs.
Duties:
  • Design engaging training materials for a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led, computer-based, web-based, and mobile training.
  • Work with Graphic Artists, Programmers, and Subject Matter Experts in the development of interactive multimedia courseware.
  • Develop training products using computer-based training (CBT) authoring systems.
  • Research and identify data sources for instructional material development and additional information needed for instructor and participant materials.
  • Design interactive training materials that include sound instructional design methodology, appropriate training strategies, and participant activities for small and large groups.
  • Develop test items.
  • Experience with authoring tools and related software for the purpose of producing multimedia training packages.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong quality assurance/editing skills.
  • Experience using established methodologies in all stages of the instructional design process, including needs assessment, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Functional experience with MELD, AIM CPM/LOM.
  • Functional knowledge of NET-C requirements for Naval Courseware related to Ready Relevant Learning

Required Experience:
  • Two (2) Years of related experience.

Required Education:
  • BS/ BA is required, and a MS/MA is desired.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
