  • Partner with engineering to deliver features end-to-end-from concept through production.

Workflow & Platform Design

  • Leverage telemetry, operational data, and user feedback to continuously improve the platform.
  • Drive decisions based on measurable outcomes and insights.

Execution & Stakeholder Communication
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning in an Agile environment.
  • Communicate product updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure clarity and transparency in priorities and delivery timelines.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management or product ownership experience in enterprise or platform environments.
  • 2+ years of experience with workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Temporal, Camunda, Airflow)
  • 2+ years of experience with distributed system concepts (scalability, fault tolerance, consistency)
  • 2+ years of experience working on platforms supporting real-time operations or mission-critical workflows.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, distributed systems or platform-based products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on highly technical products.
