A System Assistant is a professional who supports the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks within an organization. They assist system administrators by performing routine tasks such as software updates, user account management, and basic technical support. System Assistants help ensure that IT systems run smoothly, respond to user issues, and may assist with documentation and system backups.
