We are seeking a Lead MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in Richmond, VA in support of a government customer.The positionwill be responsible for thedesign, configuration, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics solutions,including Dynamics 365 and related Power Platform components. These rolesserve as the technical and functional experts for Dynamics, providingguidance on best practices, integrations, and optimization strategies. Theselected candidates for these positions will work closely with businessstakeholders, developers, and IT leadership to ensure the platform alignswith organizational goals and delivers maximum value. The goal for this position is to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities and to deliverinnovative, low-code business solutions.
The Lead Dynamics Developer roleincludes the following:
  • Leading the design,configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions to meetbusiness requirements.
  • Serving as the primary pointsof contact for Dynamics 365 support, troubleshooting, and issueresolution.
  • Developing and maintainingbusiness process flows, workflows, and Power Automate integrations.
  • Designing and building PowerApps solutions that complement Dynamics 365 and streamline businessprocesses.
  • Leveraging Power BI to createdashboards and analytics that enhance decision-making.
  • Working with business analyststo gather and refine requirements, translating them into technicalsolutions.
