Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst is responsible for providing support for hardware systems and applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, system administration expertise, and programming knowledge. The Systems Analyst will diagnose and analyze issues, determine root causes, and either resolve them or escalate them to the appropriate team. The position involves working with various programming languages, database systems, and middleware technologies to ensure seamless application functionality and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware systems and applications.
  • Analyze and diagnose system issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Administer and maintain system configurations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support applications developed using multiple programming languages and database systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related problems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team.
  • Document system processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, and technical support.
