Synergy Counseling is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position that plays a pivotal role in our community health initiatives. The LCSW will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive support and therapeutic services to families and children with developmental delays and disabilities. The LCSW will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify individual needs and developmental milestones.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitoring the progress and outcomes of children enrolled in programs to ensure effective support is provided.
• Creating a nurturing and supportive environment by building rapport with families and children, essential for positive therapeutic relationships.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to recommend strategies and interventions tailored to the unique dynamics of each family.
• Implementing coaching models and natural environment teaching methods to enhance child development.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care.

This role primarily focuses on children from birth to three years of age who are experiencing delays or disabilities. You will work closely with families, offering emotional support and guidance to enhance their child's developmental growth. The LCSW will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, requiring cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt interventions to meet individual needs.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• A valid license from the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A valid driver's license.
• A commitment to enhancing children's development through family-centered practices and intervention approaches.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a diverse caseload.
• Strong communication skills and a respectful approach to collaboration with team members.

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will have:

• At least one year of experience working in early intervention settings with children and families.
• A demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring that services are embedded in natural contexts.
• Bilingual abilities to effectively serve a wider range of families.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
