Position Overview

Synergy Counseling is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position that plays a pivotal role in our community health initiatives. The LCSW will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive support and therapeutic services to families and children with developmental delays and disabilities. Key Responsibilities

The LCSW will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify individual needs and developmental milestones.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitoring the progress and outcomes of children enrolled in programs to ensure effective support is provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on children from birth to three years of age who are experiencing delays or disabilities. You will work closely with families, offering emotional support and guidance to enhance their child's developmental growth. The LCSW will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, requiring cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt interventions to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
  • A valid license from the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A commitment to enhancing children's development through family-centered practices and intervention approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
