At Synergy Wealth Solutions, we believe advisors should never have to build their practices alone.

Our specialist team helps advisors better serve clients, grow their businesses, and deliver more comprehensive planning solutions. The Annuity Specialist serves as the firm's subject matter expert on annuity products and retirement income strategies, partnering with advisors to identify opportunities, design solutions, support client cases, and drive business growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the firm's annuity expert across Fixed, Indexed, Income, Variable, and RILA products.
  • Consult with advisors on product selection, retirement income planning, and case design.
  • Provide technical expertise, sales support, illustrations, and proposal development.
  • Assist with annuity applications, case management, and placement support.
  • Deliver training, product updates, and market insights to advisors and staff.
  • Partner with Operations, Compliance, wholesalers, and carrier partners to ensure a smooth business process.
  • Help increase advisor utilization of annuity solutions and drive firm-wide production growth.
What Success Looks Like:
  • Become a trusted resource for advisors throughout the organization.
  • Increase annuity and retirement income planning activity across the firm.
  • Improve case placement efficiency and advisor experience.
  • Contribute to growth in Tier 1 annuity production and LADL FYC metrics.
Qualifications:

Required

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License
  • 3+ years of experience in annuities, insurance, retirement planning, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of annuity products and retirement income concepts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred

  • FINRA registrations (Series 6, 7, 63, and/or 66)
  • Experience supporting financial advisors in a consultative role
  • Experience within an independent advisory, broker-dealer, or insurance organization
