Job Description


Synergy Companies is looking for a Tankless Water Heater Technician to join our team. Synergy Companies works with Southern California utility companies to install water heaters at low or even no cost for our customers. Candidates with experience in plumbing and electric work are preferred but not required. We are looking for motivated people who enjoy working with their hands. Individuals who are able to problem solve and think for themselves are a great fit for this position. This position will include steady, year-round employment. Working full-time you can expect to make $80,000 + in this position.


Duties/Expectations:


  • Willing to learn and follow instructions
  • Attend company meetings as required
  • Be responsible for company equipment and vehicle
  • Provide top-quality customer service
  • Be comfortable with selling additional upgrades to the customer
  • Physically able to lift and move equipment
  • Willing to work with hands
  • Being on time for scheduled appointments and meetings


    Skills/Qualifications:


    • Pass Drug and background screening
    • High school graduate or GED
    • Competent in working with your hands and power tools
    • Customer etiquette and communication
    • Problem-solving
    • Tech savvy (comfortable with computers, tablets, cell phones, and Google based programs)
    • Valid Driver's License and good Driving Record
    • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Bilingual a plus
