Synergy Companies is a full service Energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services.
Synergy companies is looking for a new HVAC Install helper to join our Fresno team. Synergy Companies make a difference in the lives of tens of thousands of people every year by partnering with utility companies throughout the State of California. Each year, Millions of dollars are set aside. These dollars are utilized the utility companies to offer energy-saving series and products to customers throughout California. Synergy Companies is privileged to be a trusted partner with the utilities that get to deliver these No-cost products and services directly to the customer.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields preferred
  • familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • ability to handle physical workload
  • strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • EPA certification (required)
  • Understanding of roles, regulations, and codes
  • ability to climb, stoop, balance, Crouch, and/ or kneel continually

Responsibilities:
  • install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to emergency maintenance request
  • adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • test and sealing of ducting systems
  • provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete task on time
