Job description

Do you want to empower organizations to build smarter compensation strategies while ensuring fair pay for all employees?

Syndio is the leading pay governance and compensation intelligence platform. We help organizations make better pay decisions at every stage of the compensation lifecycle, from leveling and offers to promotions and merit. Our platform gives HR, compensation, and finance leaders the data and decision support they need to govern pay fairly, compliantly, and with confidence. We partner with many of the world's most recognized and respected enterprises, helping them implement leading-edge compensation solutions with expert guidance and analyzing pay for over 10 million employees across the world.

Join us in our mission to help companies make smarter pay decisions they can trust!

About the role
Syndio is building the category for Decision Intelligence for Pay by partnering deeply with the platforms, advisors, and service providers our customers already trust.

To better serve current and prospective customers, we are expanding our partner ecosystem and building on the momentum and deep integrations we've already established—making Syndio easier to discover, easier to buy, easier to implement, and easier to scale across the enterprise.

This role exists to scale Syndio's strategic ecosystem across leading technology platforms—including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Oracle, ServiceNow, and others—as well as global systems integrators and service providers including PwC, Mercer, Strada, and many more. Through compelling joint value propositions, field-ready enablement, and repeatable go-to-market motions, this role will create customer value while driving measurable growth.

Reporting to the President, this leader will help define and execute Syndio's partnership strategy by activating existing relationships, originating new ones, generating pipeline, accelerating enterprise sales, and strengthening Syndio's position as the standard for Decision Intelligence for Pay.
Why this job is exciting
Build and Scale the Partner Ecosystem
  • Own Syndio's strategic partnership ecosystem across technology platforms, consulting firms, global systems integrators, and service providers, from origination to launch.
  • Develop executive relationships that create long-term strategic value, not simply partner agreements.
  • Create joint business plans with measurable objectives around pipeline, revenue, customer success, and market expansion.

Drive Joint Go-to-Market

  • Develop repeatable co-sell motions that engage partners early in the sales cycle and improve enterprise win rates.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to embed partners into account planning, executive relationships, and strategic pursuits.
  • Work with Marketing and Product Marketing to develop joint messaging, solution briefs, case studies, webinars, customer stories, executive events, and campaign assets.
  • Equip Syndio and partner sales teams with the tools, messaging, and confidence to tell a consistent joint value proposition.

Enable the Ecosystem

  • In partnership with Syndio's Marketing team, develop scalable partner enablement that allows strategic partners to confidently represent Syndio in the market.
  • Ensure consulting and implementation partners understand how Decision Intelligence for Pay fits into broader HR transformation initiatives.
  • Create operating rhythms including executive business reviews, quarterly planning, enablement sessions, and partner communications.

Operate Cross-Functionally

  • Serve as the connective tissue across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Services, Legal, and Finance, to translate partner feedback into product opportunities, marketing priorities, and sales motions.
  • Identify friction across the partner lifecycle and help drive operational improvements.
  • Represent the voice of the partner ecosystem inside Syndio and represent Syndio externally with senior partner leaders.

Measure, Optimize, and Scale

  • Establish clear metrics for partner health and business impact.
  • Track partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, executive engagement, enablement adoption, and joint customer success.
  • Evaluate which partnerships deserve additional investment and where Syndio should expand its ecosystem.
  • Refine the partnership strategy based on market opportunity, customer demand, and business results.
About you
  • Experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, channel management, enterprise software, or related go-to-market roles as it relates to the HR Tech market or related industries.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth by engaging field teams, embedding partners into sales motions, and translating partnerships into measurable pipeline, customer acquisition, and expansion.
  • Experience building and growing enterprise technology, consulting, or services partnerships, specifically from 0 to 1.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Highly collaborative, organized, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in HCM / HRIS, HR technology, enterprise SaaS, or a related technology ecosystem is required.

If successful, this role will...

  • Increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as a meaningful percentage of new enterprise business.
  • Establish Syndio as the preferred pay governance partner across the leading HCM and enterprise technology ecosystem.
  • Create repeatable co-selling and enablement programs embedded across Syndio's revenue organization.
  • Strengthen strategic relationships that improve customer outcomes, expand market reach, and accelerate enterprise growth.
  • Help make Decision Intelligence for Pay the category that partners, customers, and the market naturally associate with Syndio.
