Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our Global Loans/Global Markets group in the Seattle office.Candidates should have at least two to four years of experience in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance, including revolving loans, term loans and syndicated credit facilities. Experience with financing private equity-backed acquisitions and/or an accounting background and experience is preferred but not required.This position will offer opportunities to work on both lender and borrower matters, as well as long-term career growth.

All candidates must have strong academic credentials and be a member of, or will join, the Washington State Bar, or be licensed in another state and have the immediate ability to waive in by motion.
