This full-time, remote role is integral to providing comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments by screening and evaluating adult and child clients to determine their treatment needs.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, addressing a range of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, and family conflicts.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a comprehensive and accurate medical record.
• Provide ongoing case management, including appropriate referrals, coordination with other providers, and follow-ups with clients and their families.
• Engage in regular consultations with other health professionals to develop cohesive and effective treatment strategies.
• Participate in personal development and team meetings to continuously enhance your counseling skills and contribute to the collective knowledge of the organization.
• Address additional tasks and responsibilities as required by clinic protocols, always prioritizing client care.

This role serves a diverse population, including both adults and children from various backgrounds. As a telehealth provider, your focus will be on delivering empathetic and effective counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing emotional distress and mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to make significant impacts on the lives of your clients by providing them with the tools and support they need to navigate their mental health journey.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated ability to triage client needs effectively and manage a high caseload while maintaining exceptional service quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients through effective communication and active listening.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including staying current with best practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Experience in a telehealth setting or providing virtual mental health support is highly desirable.
• Experience working with various mental health disorders in individual, family, and group therapy settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems relevant to the telehealth environment.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing workloads and a dynamic clinical environment.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
