Your Role:

We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in GMP-regulated, sterile or aseptic environments who thrives in fast-paced production settings.
2nd Shift Hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM

Your Profile:

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise 2nd Shift production operations
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards
  • Execute production schedules and drive efficiency
  • Review batch records, SOPs, and production documentation
  • Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement
  • Coach, train, and develop manufacturing staff

What You Bring

  • 5-7+ years of pharma manufacturing or packaging experience
  • Experience in sterile/aseptic processing required
  • Proven team leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of GMP operations and documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred
