Job Description:

Work Schedule: PRN, requires open availability for all shifts as needed.

  • Maintains and manages all incoming communications by answering calls professionally, forwarding them appropriately, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.
  • Coordinates after-hours operations by contacting key personnel as needed and maintaining accurate on-call schedules and staff contact information.
  • Monitors, responds to, and communicates hospital emergency codes, disaster alerts, and alarm systems in accordance with established procedures.
  • Executes overhead announcements accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of proficiency to support hospital operations and safety.
  • Maintains detailed operational call logs and communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure timely resolution of requests and issues.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of numerous computer systems. [Required]
