Are you an experienced Mechanical Assembler looking for a new long-term opportunity?
 
A manufacturer in Plano builds power distribution equipment used in AI data centers, hospitals, and other critical facilities across the country. They have immediate openings for Mechanical Assemblers on their day shift team.
 
It's a temp-to-hire role — Monday through Friday, consistent hours, with a real path to permanent if you're a good fit. The facility is temperature controlled, clean and new. Pay is $19/hr with a shift differential paid weekly with benefits available.
 
Mechanical Assembly Job Duties
  • Assembling control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and ATS units from diagrams and schematics
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble parts
  • Inspecting and testing finished assemblies
  • Operating hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment — all provided

 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 230 pm to 11 pm, Overtime often available based on production needs

 Pay: $19.00 per hour, plus shift differential 

 Mechanical Assembly Requirements
  • At least 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Able to read diagrams, schematics
  • Control panel, switchboard, or panelboard experience preferred
  • Comfortable standing a full shift and lifting up to 45 lbs
