Direct Hire / Full-TimeHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting seven seasoned, highly skilled Swiss - CNC Machinists on behalf of a valued client partner in the precision medical device manufacturing sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Swiss - CNC Machinist opportunities.We are seeking dependable machinists with hands-on Swiss machining experience who can produce high-precision components, maintain production flow, and hold tight tolerances in a regulated manufacturing environment. These positions require strong attention to detail, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting.HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or unstable resumes will not be accepted or interviewed. We are prioritizing professionals with consistent tenure, relevant machining experience, and dependable attendance.Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Swiss CNC machines in a production environment
  • Produce precision components while maintaining quality and throughput goals
  • Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and work instructions accurately
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, comparators, and gauges
  • Monitor tooling wear, offsets, coolant flow, and machine consistency
  • Support setups, tooling changes, and changeovers as needed
