$1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 30 DAYS IF EXPERIENCED AND RELIABLE WITHOUT NEED OF TRAINING.

Serenity Pool Solutions is currently seeking two (2) EXPERIENCED (minimum one year of pool and filter cleaning experience) individuals who are extremely self-motivated, strong work ethic, and very detail-oriented to run a pool route. As a Pool Route Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional on-site pool cleaning and regular maintenance of pools. A van will be provided (during business hours) fully stocked with the necessary chemicals and equipment to allow you to maintain and service the many different types of pools & spas/hot tubs that will be on route.

A Swimming Pool Route Technician must have a professional appearance & exceptional customer service with the integrity to handle a variety of customer's expectations with a smile on their face and a "yes ma'am or yes sir."

*Starting & maximum pay is based on EXPERIENCED & PERFORMANCE LEVEL of Pool route technicians and subject to change. *

Other responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Perform weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
  • Test water and administer proper chemicals to maintain water chemical balance
  • Brushing & Netting/Skimming
  • Empty baskets & cleaner bag
  • Backwash filter tank as needed
  • Clean filters & perform minor repairs
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Accurately record all activities and report pool issues & repairs to supervisors as well as customer
  • Must be able to handle a full workload in the unforgiving Texas weather - year-round

  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Hot, Cold, Rain etc.
  • Must have the love of working outdoors
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance
  • Must be able to lift 100 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a drug test as well as random testing
  • Must be able to pass a background check as you are on customers private property and their property and safety are of utmost importance
  • Ability to work a smartphone and navigate through pool software
  • Certified Pool Operator – CPO - license is preferred but not mandatory but have the ability to obtain this license.
  • Starting salary is based upon experience.
  • Must be able to keep an inventory of supplies in their van

MUST BE A MINIUM OF 21 YEARS OLD DUE TO INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.
