About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to drive growth within our HVAC and mechanical services business through direct client relationships and strategic account development.
This role is focused on building long-term partnerships with commercial building owners, operators, and decision-makers to generate recurring maintenance, service, retrofit, and capital project opportunities. Unlike traditional bid-driven HVAC sales positions, this role emphasizes consultative selling, business development, and lifecycle value creation.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives on developing new business, building trust with clients, and creating sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and secure new commercial HVAC service relationships with building owners and owner-direct clients
  • Identify, pursue, and close maintenance agreement opportunities
  • Generate ongoing service and repair revenue within assigned accounts
  • Identify retrofit, upgrade, and capital project opportunities across client portfolios
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, facility managers, and operational stakeholders
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship development
  • Position the company as a trusted advisor by delivering value-driven HVAC and mechanical solutions
  • Collaborate with internal operations and service teams to support successful client outcomes
Qualifications
