Position: Configuration Management Data Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6-12 MONTHS

Interview: Phone/In Person/Skype

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

Good experience in CMDB data modeling and implementation approaches

2-3 years working with the ServiceNow platform a plus

Experience and understanding of IP Networking, Devices, Network Design Methodology and configuration.

Understanding and practice in Windows Domain and Unix System Administration

Good understanding on ITSM processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills and convincing capabilities

Ability to react quickly and work under pressure

Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technological problems
