About the Role:

Swift Business Solutions LLC is looking for motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Owner Operators to join our growing delivery team in Norfolk, VA. This is your opportunity to be your own boss while partnering with a company that values independence, reliability, and hustle. Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently complete daily delivery routes in and around the Norfolk, VA area

Load, transport, and deliver packages or goods to residential and/or commercial customers on time

Maintain accurate delivery records and confirm proof of delivery

Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch throughout the day

Inspect and maintain your personal vehicle to ensure safe and reliable operation

Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety standards

Manage your schedule and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Must own a reliable vehicle suitable for delivery operations

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Proof of personal vehicle insurance and registration

Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs

Smartphone with GPS navigation capability required

Prior delivery, logistics, or courier experience is a plus
