About Cargo Van Drivers

Cargo Van Drivers are responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering packages to customers on assigned routes using company electric provided vans. They ensure that all deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and with professional customer service.

Drivers are scheduled to work daytime shifts, which may include mornings, afternoons, or evenings depending on route assignments. This role requires navigating city streets efficiently, handling packages with care, and following all safety and traffic regulations.

Ideal Candidates

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 2 years of experience driving cargo vans or larger commercial vehicles (such as box trucks)
  • Have prior experience in warehouse or package handling (preferred) 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment 
  • Respectively communicate with clients, team, and customers
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including at least one weekend day

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to push, pull, turn, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 Ibs in weight
  • Standing, walking, reaching, and moving packages throughout the shift.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices, smartphones, and routing applications
  • Capability to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold) while performing deliveries.
  • Ability to adhere to established safety guidelines.
