Job description

Salary: $22.77 per hour ($16.27 per hour + $6.50/hr average in tips). 50% employer-paid health benefits and 401K with 4% employer match for hourly employees who average over 30 hours per week. We provide paid sick leave as required by the HFWA.

Scoop, serve & engage with customers we are friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and fun!

Keep the shop running smoothly we are clean, organized, and efficient!

Ice Cream Maker and Production be a part of the magic behind Sweet Cows incredible treats

MooMobile Lead oversee daily truck operations and provide the Sweet Cow experience at events

Shift Lead guide and support your team while ensuring smooth and efficient shop operations

Assistant and General Manager build and grow strong shop teams and community relationships


What We Need from You:

Can work at least 2 shifts per week (10+hrs)

Open availability. To keep things running smoothly, we need team members with flexible availability. Regardless of how many shifts you want to work, your availability must include:

4 daytime shifts (open-4 pm) Mon-Fri


OR

2+ closing shifts Mon-Thu, 2+ closing shifts Fri-Sun, and 1+ daytime shifts Sat-Sun

(Closing shifts typically end 1 hour past posted closing time.)

16+ years old

Can lift up to 50 lbs & stand for your whole shift

Commitment to schedule adherence, continued training, and growth


Compensation:

$22.75 per hour ($16.25 per hour + $6.50/hr average in tips)
