Sweet Mango Therapy Group, Inc.’s mission is to provide high-quality, mental health services for professionals so that they can reach their fullest potential and live a life they are undoubtedly proud of. We offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy via telehealth to California residents. Our clients are young professionals in technology, healthcare, business, real estate, non-profit, academia.

We are a growing team of clinicians based in the Bay Area. We are 1st and 2nd generation immigrants dedicated to the mental health and wellness of our clients. We value safety, inclusivity, integrity, compassion, healing, and community.

The position: We are looking for a fully licensed psychotherapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC). This is a remote position. We provide competitive pay. The position is an hourly W-2 position with competitive benefits.

Requirements:

· Fully licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC with at least 3 years of direct clinical experience.

· Maintain licensure requirements.

· Maintain diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress notes for caseload.

· Have a good understanding of the diagnostic assessment process, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

· Attend weekly staff meetings/clinical consultation, training and team building activities.

· Adhere to ethical and legal standards of the mental health profession.

· Not concurrently employed in another private practice or group practice setting.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain a caseload of 24+ clients

· Communicate with a client’s treatment team as necessary (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.)

· Prepare reports, maintain clinical documentation, and write professional correspondence as indicated.

· May provide supervision to other staff members (if licensed).

· Participate in networking events and mental health conferences.

· Complete other related duties as requested.
