The Sr. Brand Manager, Multipacks is an 'end to end' marketing role that will have a breadth of responsibility from developing the annual brand plans across Sweet and Savory categories to commercial execution and managing overall business performance. This role will help to shape the multipack long-term portfolio strategy, PPA/RGM, innovation/renovation, key marketing activations, and on-going forecasts. Reporting directly into the Senior Director of On-the-Go, this role will provide thought leadership for driving multipack long-term growth and in-year delivery in collaboration with the brands teams and cross-functional partners.
How you will contribute
  • Strategy: Support Senior Director in developing Multipacks portfolio strategy, identifying growth and white space opportunities, and portfolio optimization opportunities grounded in macro trends, OTG consumer and shopper insights, and brand strategies.

  • Annual Plans: Lead the development of the annual Multipacks growth plan inclusive of innovation, renovation, PPA, and activation across Sweet and Savory and across channels.

  • Innovation Projects: Contribute or lead multipack innovation idea generation, concept/mix development, and product/pack bundle that delivers P&L goals, collaborating with brand teams and cross-functional partners.

  • Commercial Execution: Support two direct reports in the successful execution of all multipack commercialization projects in partnership with key cross-functional teams including R&D, Packaging, Finance, and BD.

  • Business Management: Own the monitoring of business performance against objectives, understanding key drivers, translating into actions in partnership with cross-functional team to drive in-year delivery.

  • Activation: Lead or contribute to development and execution of key multipack marketing activations inclusive of Back to School, Return to School, and aways-on Omni.

  • EBP & Forecasting: Act as the marketing lead in the EBP process for Multipacks and develop long-term forecasts for capacity planning.

  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong engagement with brand and sales stakeholders to maximize the scale of new innovations and integrate brand strategies early in the process.

This role will also be managing a team supporting to deliver Multipacks agenda.
What you will bring
  • BA in business, marketing or related field; MBA preferred

  • 6+ years of experience in Brand Management

  • Experience in a matrix environment w/ multiple stakeholders, w/ demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong business and commercial acumen, P&L management, deployment of RGM principles, demand & volume forecasting

  • Fluency in data (Nielsen/IRI)

  • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior audiences

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
