Hourly Pay Range:
$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
  • Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
  • Location: Swedish Hospital
  • Full time
  • Hours: Evening Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm)
  • Required Travel: no
What you will do:
As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.
What you will need:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree/Nursing Required ; Masters Degree/Nursing or Healthcare Administration Preferred
  • Certification: BLS from American Heart Association ; ACLA from American Heart Association
  • Experience: 3 years/Clinical Nursing Experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
