Join SweatHouz, East Wichita hottest wellness studio. We combine infrared saunas and cold plunges to deliver the ultimate reset.

We’re hiring for both part-time and full-time Wellness Sales Associates.

We’re looking for outgoing, motivated team members who enjoy connecting with people, are comfortable with sales goals, and want to be part of a high-energy, fast-growing brand.




What You’ll Do
  • Welcome guests and provide tours of our luxury wellness suites

  • Educate clients on memberships and services, helping them get started

  • Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional guest experience

  • Comfortably work toward individual and team sales goals (with full training and support)

  • Confidently manage solo shifts when scheduled

  • Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming studio environment




What We’re Looking For
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with others

  • Comfortable in a sales-focused environment with goals and accountability

  • Availability for mornings and evenings (weekend availability required)

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred — we’ll train the right person

  • Ability to work:

    • 15–20 hours/week (Part-Time) or

    • 30–38 hours/week (Full-Time)
