Position Summary:

Swank Construction Company, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer for our Saw/Seal division. This position is an essential part of our crew, performing a variety of manual tasks to support various construction activities. This is a physically demanding job that requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work as part of a team. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.
  • Perform tasks which may include concrete cutting, joint taping/backer rodding, joint rehab, and crack sealing highways, runways, and parking lots.
  • Ability to use or learn how to use different hand and power tools.
  • Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA.

Other Requirements:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background check, including MVR.
  • Must be in a union or be willing to join a union.
