The SVP, Executive Creative Director (ECD) will inspire, lead, and build best-in-class breakthrough creative integrated marketing campaigns and ensure a cohesive and innovative brand presence across various consumer touchpoint and platforms.
What You Will Do
  • Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, setting strategic direction and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
  • Promote creative improvement and development contributing to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
  • Create unique value propositions based on unmet human needs, societal trends, and product proof points
  • Articulate compelling insights-based narratives and create visual expressions that resonate with customers and drive brand love
  • Define and create aspirational worlds of meaningful equities for our brand
  • Orchestrate brand-defining creative solutions that address strategic business objectives
  • Develop creative concepts that differentiate the brand and resonate with the target audience
  • Develop key messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the brand's value proposition
  • Utilize consumer insights and market data to inform creative decisions and refine campaign strategies

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in leading creative teams within advertising or marketing agencies, working with diverse clients and industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or consumer-focused environments, demonstrating an understanding or retail-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
