Overview

Here’s what we expect from you: You are confident and capable of juggling several balls on a regular basis. You are the mentor, manager and motivator of a creative group. You effectively win pitches and gain client confidence as a leader who can be relied upon to manage large‑scale, cross‑channel deliverables. Above all else, you and your team understand that achieving results in improving the creative product is the most important measure of success for Digitas Health. You continually review and optimize results for every piece of creative work your team produces. This role as a Vice President, Creative Director at Digitas Health requires experience that includes an art direction background. You should have at least ten or more years of experience in an advertising or interactive agency, leading the creative for broadcast, digital, social, print and interactive campaign work. Large, integrated cross‑channel campaigns and promotional experience are a must. You must also have solid management experience and come in ready to lead and develop a seasoned creative team.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of agency experience with primarily an Art background
  • DTC experience is required for this position
  • The ability to manage and nurture creative talent
  • A proven track record of pitching and winning new business
  • The ability to inspire others and work collaboratively
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and understanding of the responsibilities of an upper management position
  • Availability to travel to meet client and agency needs
  • Availability and commitment to work extra hours as needed to ensure client satisfaction

Compensation

Compensation Range: $159,695.00 - $255,645.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
