As an SVP in a bank, one of the most common challenges is ensuring effective communication and alignment among diverse departments, such as risk management, compliance, operations, and technology. Balancing competing priorities while driving large-scale initiatives requires strong leadership and strategic vision. Additionally, adapting to evolving regulatory requirements and maintaining stakeholder trust are ongoing responsibilities. Success in this role often depends on building collaborative relationships and fostering a culture of accountability across the organization.
