The Role

We're hiring 5 Sales Development Representatives focused on vehicle acquisition. Your job is simple: find people looking to sell their vehicles and get them to SVG Motors. You'll be on the phones daily, reaching out to private sellers, following proven scripts, and driving a pipeline of inventory opportunities that fuel our entire operation.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. You are the tip of the spear.

What You'll Do
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to private sellers in the local market
  • Follow structured scripts and call frameworks (you'll be trained and tested on these)
  • Create short video messages to engage sellers and build trust
  • Set and confirm appointments for vehicle appraisals
  • Track your activity and results daily — you'll know your numbers and own you'll own them
  • Collaborate with our acquisition and management teams to keep the pipeline full
