WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • The Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications (SUV) is responsible for leading national advertising strategy and execution for Hyundai's SUV portfolio. This role supports the development of integrated campaigns that strengthen positioning, drive consumer consideration, and support demand generation.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Support the development of national advertising strategy for Hyundai's SUV line-up, in alignment with overall brand direction
  • Contribute to the development of positioning and messaging frameworks for each nameplate
  • Execute against established brand strategy, ensuring alignment with defined messaging, creative direction, and business priorities
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns in collaboration with key vertical leads across all channels
  • Manage creative development, production timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure campaigns are executed with consistency and quality
  • Manage agency partners and day-to-day workflow
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
  • Manage and oversee budget allocation for the SUV portfolio, including campaign development and production costs
  • Ensure efficient use of resources across campaigns and agency partners
  • Track and monitor budget spend to ensure alignment with approved plans
  • Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to improve effectiveness
  • Maintain awareness of competitive activity and market trends
  • Own campaign execution for the SUV portfolio
  • Manage agency workflow
  • Oversee budget within assigned portfolio

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Master's degree a plus
  • Eight or more years of marketing/advertising experience
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Agency and/or client-side experience required
  • Minimum 5 years managing direct reports and agency workflow
  • Ability to lead large-scale integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative leadership capabilities
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
