NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route within our established South Bend, IN operation. This is a consistent, revenue-generating opportunity requiring a Large SUV or Mini Van. We believe every delivery is more than just a drop offโ€”it's an opportunity to make someone's day.

Your Mission

  • Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure packages are delivered safely and on time while maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and exceptional service.

  • Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to efficiently navigate your route, maximizing productivity and minimizing travel time.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional, friendly, and dependable service at every stop.

  • Problem Solving Skills: Adapt quickly to traffic, route changes, and customer needs to ensure deliveries stay on schedule.

Route Details & Schedule (South Bend Area)

  • Compensation: Guaranteed $175 per day (Average weekly commission: $700)

  • Schedule: Tuesday through Friday

  • Start/End Time: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.

  • Pre-Employment Screening: Successfully complete our pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes:

  • Driving History Review (past 36 months)

  • Criminal Background Check

  • Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening
