Sustainable Talent is partnering with Ford to build a team of the world's best automotive/industrial and technical talent and turning them loose to create insanely great electric vehicles and digital experiences for new generations of customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Search Specialist with expertise in desk research methodologies, particularly in market mapping and name generation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional assessment skills and a background in SHREK (Skills, Habits, Relationships, Experience, and Knowledge) retained search methodology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team and make a significant impact in executive recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive desk research and market mapping to identify top talent in software, electrical engineering, automotive, and related fields.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to generate candidate leads and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Utilize SHREK methodology to provide in-depth candidate assessments and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals to expand the talent network.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in executive recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Search Sourcer, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, high-growth or technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in desk research methodologies, market mapping, and name generation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of SHREK (Skills, Habits, Relationships, Experience, and Knowledge) retained search methodology.
  • Exceptional assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidates against specific criteria and organizational needs.
