Schedule: rotating schedule | PRN

• Provide life-saving advanced care to stabilize critically ill patients during high-stakes transport and scene response.
• Partner with elite clinical teams to execute complex protocols that directly improve patient survival and recovery.
• Bridge the gap in care by delivering precise, real-time patient updates to receiving trauma and medical units.
• Maintain a high state of mission-readiness by ensuring all life-support equipment is primed and safety-compliant.

Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Paramedic credentialed from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Certification specializing in ER Vehicle Operation preferred.
• Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
• Drivers License preferred.
• Instructor specializing in Pediatric Adv Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Certified Prehospital Trauma Life Spprt preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience

Work Experience:

• Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
