Survivability Engineer/Analyst
  • Location: Patuxent River, MD
  • Security Clearance: Active Clearance Required - U.S. citizenship required
  • Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 Depending on Experience and Education
  • Travel: 10%

Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Survivability Engineer/Analyst to support our Patuxent Area Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis for enhancing weapons mission effectiveness relating to survivability technologies by:
    • Developing and conducting modeling & simulation (M&S)
    • Supporting technology test and evaluation
    • exploring technologies against existing and emerging threats
  • Evaluate survivability technologies and gaps, and investigate potential performance improvements to minimize, and/or eliminate, those gaps.

Minimum Qualifications of Survivability Engineer/Analyst
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science discipline and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
  • Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Development and Analysis
  • Object-oriented programming in MATLAB and Python
  • Experience with DoD systems and/or software
