Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Survey Manager tooversee and manage the scheduling, communication, and coordination of survey crews(s)on a large-scale project with an estimated duration of ten (10) years. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying (both field andoffice), excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage large scaleprojects and field crews efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily scheduling offield survey crews and office support staff.
  • Serve as the primary liaisonbetween project managers, clients, and field crews.
  • Review work orders, proposals,and project requirements to ensure field readiness.
  • Track project timelines andensure timely delivery of survey services.
  • Maintain detailed records ofwork progress, crew assignments, and equipment use.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issuesthat arise during the course of survey operations.
  • Assist with drafting task ordersand organizing project files.
  • Position will require thecandidate to work both onsite and offsite
Requirements Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GEDrequired.
  • Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in land surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of surveyterminology, processes, and documentation.
