About the position

The individual in this role is responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of survey technicians, ensuring the team is well-coordinated and effective. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and shows a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. A deep understanding of advanced surveying technology and methodologies, along with substantial field experience, is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3-5 years of surveying experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience.

  • Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.

  • Experience in construction staking, boundary, topo, etc.

  • Familiarity with Trimble software and equipment.

  • Valid driver's license with minimum 5 years driving experience and clean driving record
