We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Surgical Technician to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile environment, assisting surgeons and nurses, and providing high-quality patient care. This position is critical in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare.

General Accountabilities

Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons and surgical staff during operations by passing instruments and supplies.
Ensure the proper handling and care of surgical instruments and equipment.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies and instruments.
Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Skills
