Clinic call and/or after-hours call: After Hours Call -Call: Describe how busy call is: Occasional weeknight call back or weekend call in for OR cases a)In-House or Pager: Pager b) How much call back per night: Unpredictable but typically less than 5 times per month.

Description / Comment

CT Surgery PA Needed ASAP Must Have PA Licensure -Coverage dates needed: one day per week and one weekend per month -Skills required: First assisting in cardiac OR. Need to be able to endoscopically harvest vein for bypass. Open and closure of sternum -Skills preferred (Nice to have but can do without): APP that can also provide coverage for patient management in CVICU # of beds: 2 Cardiac ORs & 19 bed CVICU Patient Volumes: 10-15 OR cases per week Additional Staff (any other physicians, residents, APPs, MAs, etc.): Physicians & APPs Trauma Level: 2 EMR: Epic Other Comments/Additional info: Busy cardiac surgery program that does CABG, mitral valve surgery, aortic valve surgery including TAVR, aortic procedures including aneurysms and dissections, ECMO and LVAD.
