Med Spa Manager

The position involves overseeing operations at a luxury medical spa in West Hartford, CT. This full-time role requires managing a team, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The candidate must have experience in retail or spa management and be adept in handling administrative tasks.

Location: West Hartford, CT (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri 09:00am-05:00pm - One Late Day Per Week Until 07:00pm

Compensation: Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 Per Year

Minimum 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in luxury retail, spa, or aesthetic industry. Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance. Strong customer service skills with experience in handling escalations. Proficient in managing payroll, scheduling, and performance reviews. Computer proficiency and strong administrative accuracy. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to problem-solve independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Experience in medical spa, dermatology, aesthetics, or luxury retail environments preferred. College degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred. Familiarity with KPIs, sales reporting, and CRM or scheduling systems.
