• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions with clients via video chat, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Utilize evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the individual needs of your clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific challenges and goals of each client, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, fostering their personal development and coping skills.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the treatment process, helping clients cultivate healthy coping mechanisms that enhance resilience and well-being.

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns. This role is focused on empowering clients to develop or strengthen their skills and strategies that will lead to improved quality of life. Your therapeutic guidance can have a significant impact on individuals managing anxiety, depression, and other common mental health conditions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• A valid, fully independent practice license is required: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a compassionate disposition.
• Strong computer literacy skills for effective utilization of our telehealth platform and documentation processes.

While specific experience in the telehealth space is not required, candidates who have prior exposure to remote counseling or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms will find themselves at an advantage. Additionally, therapists who can demonstrate proficiency in particular modalities or special populations will be positively regarded.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and working hours. Additional benefits include:
