Pay Range: Up to $95,000.00 per year + Performance Bonuses

What You Will Be Doing

You will hold complete responsibility for field execution, technical document controls, and crew architecture across our diverse project portfolio:


  • Inter-Trade Synchronization: Partner closely with Project Managers, consulting engineers, municipal inspectors, and other specialty trade leads to streamline jobsite workflows and eliminate logistics bottlenecks.
  • Real-Time Troubleshooting: Apply advanced diagnostic capabilities to isolate and resolve complex structural or wiring system faults in real time, mitigating project downtime.
  • Field Administration: Maintain precise digital daily logs, track material staging requests, and oversee essential safety documentation and field-update reporting using company platforms.


What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

  • State Licensure: An active Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of Utah is strictly required.
  • Field Leadership Tenure: Proven, referenceable experience serving as a Foreman, Lead Wireman, or Field Superintendent on active commercial or complex construction builds.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated capability to interpret structural documents, manage jobsite safety dynamics, and direct field mechanics effectively.
  • Communication Mastery: Strong interpersonal skills necessary to bridge communication loops between executive offices, field craftworkers, and general contractors.


Preferred Technical Expertise:
