Seeking candidate with solid background in contract surety underwriting to perform independent risk analysis on new requests and existing relationships with agents and brokers. Bonds issued to companies including: construction firms, manufacturers and suppliers, and commercial enterprises for corporations.
 
Shall:
 
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements.
 
• Assess risk associated with direct requests from construction companies.
 
• Evaluate financial condition, credit history, experience and character of prospective accounts.
 
• Develop contractor client relationships.
 
• Maintain accurate underwriting documentation in adherence to company standards and industry regulations.
