Surety Bond Account Manager
Location: San Mateo (in-office)
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

An independent insurance brokerage in San Mateo is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Surety Bond Account Manager to support a strong book of construction clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all aspects of surety bond servicing for commercial construction accounts
  • Review and analyze contractor financial statements and bonding capacity
  • Prepare submissions and coordinate with surety markets
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
  • Use Applied Epic to manage documentation, workflow, and renewals

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in surety bond account management (construction focus strongly preferred)
  • Solid understanding of contractor financials and surety underwriting
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills
  • Active P&C license preferred
