This can include help with personal care, housekeeping, medication management, and meal preparation. Supportive living communities often provide social activities, transportation, and 24-hour support staff. The goal is to offer a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment while promoting autonomy. It is commonly used by seniors, people with disabilities, or anyone needing moderate support.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a supportive living role?

Supportive Living staff often encounter challenges such as managing diverse resident needs, addressing behavioral issues, and balancing administrative tasks with hands-on care. About the Organization

At Supportive Living Solutions, we envision a society where mental and physical healthcare are seamlessly integrated for improved quality of life. This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that you have the necessary support and resources to thrive. By leveraging advanced digital technology, you can engage with clients effectively from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace. As part of our team, you will also enjoy a culture that fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth, making it the perfect environment for both recent graduates and seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide both individual and couples therapy. You will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, and counseling each partner individually to address relationship dynamics.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans that encourage open communication and conflict resolution.
  • Working with clients on a range of issues including alcohol abuse, grief, family conflicts, job stress, blended family dynamics, and difficulties in communication.
  • Documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participating in clinical team meetings to collaborate on client care and share insights.
  • Providing clients with coping strategies and tools to manage their mental health in their daily lives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with range from couples seeking to strengthen their relationships to individuals coping with significant life changes, such as separation or divorce, grief, or chronic stress. You will engage with both adults and children/adolescents, ensuring holistic care that addresses family dynamics and individual well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Texas.
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • A strong commitment to ethical practice in therapy and ongoing professional development.
Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those who have:

  • Experience working with diverse populations and complex family dynamics.
  • An understanding of telehealth practices and familiarity with relevant digital tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients and enhance therapeutic engagement.
Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually. Additional benefits include:

  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan with company matching.
  • Paid parental leave, holiday pay, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
  • Collegial work environment with newly designed modern offices.
  • Full administrative support and resources for your clinical practice.
  • Access to the latest digital technological tools to enhance client engagement and care.
  • Unlimited earnings potential through additional services offered.
  • A sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
