Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, offering a foundation for personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on client evaluations, considering their unique mental health challenges and personal goals.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver integrated care and enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will work primarily with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
  • Keen understanding of evidence-based practices and their application across a range of mental health disorders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop rapport and motivate clients.
