Administrative Support Services Assistant
San Francisco, CA (4 Days Onsite | 1 Day Remote)
35 Hours/Week | Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity
Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a leading boutique law firm in its search for an Administrative Support Services Assistant for its San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, service-oriented administrative professional who enjoys supporting attorneys and legal staff in a collaborative, fast-paced law firm environment. The position offers a hybrid schedule (four days onsite, one day remote), 35 hours per week, and the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and professional staff, including maintaining calendars, contacts, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate conference room reservations and assist with individual and group meeting logistics.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel as needed.
  • Respond promptly to attorney and staff requests for administrative assistance.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal correspondence and other documents.
  • Perform scanning, photocopying, filing, binding, faxing, and other document production tasks.
  • Assist with electronic filings and the preparation of client and matter documentation, including engagement letters and new matter forms.
  • Create and maintain physical and electronic files and assemble binders.
  • Provide backup support to Legal Administrative Assistants and Reception during absences and scheduled rotations.
  • Assist with additional administrative projects and office support as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience required.
  • Prior law firm experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with document management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
