Job description

  • Provide unit and force-level intelligence support to Air Combat Command units using analytical tools, TTPs, applications, databases, and web-enabled systems
  • Identify problem sets, trends, and conduct pattern analysis related to unit readiness using Air Force intelligence expertise
  • Coordinate staff input across functional areas, compile data, and deliver readiness assessments and wartime support analysis
  • Track Unit Level Inspection readiness and support Intelligence Enterprise alignment with Agile Combat Employment
  • Analyze DoD policy and program documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness during readiness assessments
  • Conduct staff assistance visits, unit engagements, and readiness assessments; provide hands‑on evaluations and submit after‑action reports within five duty days
  • Lead unit‑specific readiness assessments through on‑site visits and virtual coordination with ACC staff, HHQ, and partner organizations
  • Perform trend analysis on Inspector General inspection data and unit self‑assessments
  • Maintain situational awareness of unit issues and provide intelligence updates for A2 unit‑support platforms
  • Support A2 intelligence forums, working groups, synchronization meetings, and leadership courses
  • Assist in developing and improving Contingency Intelligence Network capabilities, including deployed and reach‑back operations
  • Support updates to ACE CONEMP annexes and align readiness activities with AFFORGEN phases
  • Coordinate with Strategic Intelligence Officers and Strategic Engagement Leaders on Unit Force Requests and FoJ funding
  • Track and manage after‑action items and facilitate team coordination through EPMS
  • Participate in ULI Targeting Forums and GEOINT‑related meetings, providing feedback and analysis
  • Support relationship management with MAJCOM and NAF stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Unit Readiness analytical tools, TTPs, applications, databases, and web-enabled capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of Air Force intelligence operations and readiness assessment processes
  • Ability to identify trends, conduct pattern analysis, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and Intelligence Enterprise operations
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and functional areas
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Experience supporting Air Combat Command (ACC) or other MAJCOM intelligence programs (nice‑to‑have)
  • Familiarity with AFFORGEN cycles and unit readiness reporting frameworks (nice‑to‑have)
  • Experience with Inspector General (IG) inspection processes and reporting (nice‑to‑have)
  • Knowledge of Contingency Intelligence Networks and reach‑back operations (nice‑to‑have)
  • Experience supporting intelligence working groups, forums, or enterprise coordination efforts (nice‑to‑have)
  • Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in intelligence operations, readiness analysis, or related field
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required
